Do you understand how your personal goals align with team goals? How do you see your goals and team goals aligning with the objectives of your organization? How often do you check-in with your manager and/or team members on goals & objectives?
Here is some food for thought:
- A regular alignment and clarification on how every team member contributes to team and company goals is key. Employees want to make a difference through their contribution. Clarifying and discussing how you can joinly succeed is a good conversation to have.
- Reviewing objectives, key results as well as the alignment within the team(s) help to pivot where necessary.
- We learn and grow by reviewing not only what we have achieved over the last month or quarter but also by how we have delivered and collaborated.
