Try before you commit!
Book a free one-hour taster session with me and find out whether I am the right facilitator for you. You can come on your own or bring a small group. All sessions can be adapted accordingly.
It is as easy as One, Two, Three:
- Simply send me an e-mail and briefly outline which of the below sessions caught your interest.
- We will align on a day and time.
- Every other detail we can clarify via e-mail or via a brief call.
Not sure which session fits, or do you have a specific challenge in mind?
Bring it. Whether it is upward feedback, psychological safety, remote leadership, or something else entirely, I am happy to design a taster session around what you are actually navigating right now. Simply describe your challenge in your e-mail and we will go from there.
Trust
If trust has quietly eroded or is wearing thin, and you are not sure how to rebuild it, this session is for you. Trust is the basis on which everything else is built: feedback, commitments, accountability, achievements. But trust is not a given. It is the outcome of what you do and how you consistently act. This session gives you a real taste of how to grow it, deliberately and practically. You will walk away with a clearer sense of where trust stands in your team right now, and one starting point for rebuilding it.
Team Culture
Emotional culture is not about being touchy-feely. It is about understanding that how people feel at work directly drives how well they work. When the emotional culture is ignored, engagement, motivation, and performance suffer. When it is shaped consciously, everything changes. How do you need to feel to be successful at work? What does that mean with regards to behaviors or trigger points? This session explores exactly that, and you will walk away with some first answers to questions most teams have rarely thought to ask.
Feedback
We talk about feedback but rarely practice it; we are afraid of the reactions or shy away because we feel discouraged from the very beginning.
If you wish to build a feedback culture within your team or organization where feedback feels natural rather than forced, and where team members feel seen, valued, and appreciated, this session is for you. You will walk away with a first taste of what feedback feels like when it is genuinely safe, and one idea to take back to your team.
Conflict
Different views, different needs, and often nobody names them directly and yet the tension is palpable. If you wish to explore conflict resolution methods and tools that help clarify misunderstandings, frictions, or tensions within your own team or a group of people at your organization, this session is for you. You will walk away with the words for what has been sitting unspoken, and a first step toward addressing it. This session includes pair exercises, so I ask you to bring at least one colleague.
Change
Change itself may not be the problem. Very often it is the confusion, the fatigue, and the (quiet) resistance that come with it that make it hard to navigate. If you want to understand how to approach the different phases, stages of emotions, and resistance that change creates in the people around you, this session is for you. You will walk away understanding why people may react the way they do to change, and how to lead them through it.
Leadership
Good leadership is a journey, not a destination. It starts with leading yourself, grows through how you lead others, and finds its full expression in how you shape the organization around you. If you want to explore what that journey looks like for you, this session offers you a taste, whether that means diving into your values, rethinking how you run one-on-ones, or co-creating agreements that make your team work better together. You will walk away with a clearer sense of where you are on that journey, and a first question worth sitting with..
Behavioral Culture Focus
You work in a remote team spread around the world, across time zones, with English as the common but not everyone’s first language. Collaboration happens, but it often feels transactional. Assumptions get in the way. Small differences lead to frustration and misunderstanding. And yet most teams never stop to ask why. This session uses models like Erin Meyer’s Culture Map to explore how different cultural backgrounds shape the way we communicate, decide, and collaborate. It also looks at individual behavioral preferences, the small but telling differences in how each of us likes to work, write, and interact. You will walk away with a first glimpse of the models and language that can help your team talk to each other about each other.
