Programs

The taster sessions give you a taste but the journeys are where the real work happens.

Each program is built around a theme that teams and leaders keep coming back to. Because it matters. I design them to create lasting change. Besides these programs, I also offer focused one- or multiple-day workshops creating space for a specific conversation, challenge, or shift.

Trust: Building what everything else stands on

Trust is not a soft topic but the basis for everything else to follow. This “trust” journey helps teams and leaders understand where trust currently stands, what is quietly eroding it, and how to rebuild it. Psychological safety is woven throughout: you cannot build trust without it, and you cannot sustain it without the conditions that make people feel safe enough to speak up, ask curious questions or take risks.

Duration Approx. 10–12 weeks (can be modular)
Group size 8–16
Delivery Onsite preferred, with online modules as the backbone of the journey. Can be adapted to online-only where needed.
Facilitation Facilitator-led workshops; peer groups become self-run after initial rounds
Self-led elements Reflection prompts, trust-building exercises, and team agreements to practice between sessions
Why work with me Grounded in the 4C*R framework, my approach gives people the space and language to speak to each other about each other. Certified Business Coach, Certified Facilitator, Certified Integrative Emotion Coach

What this journey covers:

  • The behaviors that build or erode trust, day to day
  • Psychological safety: what it is, why it matters, and how to create the conditions for it
  • How to have the conversations that trust requires
  • Creating shared agreements that make trust and psychological safety visible and maintainable

Team Culture: Shaping how it feels to work here

Emotional culture is not about being touchy-feely. It is about recognizing that how people feel at work directly shapes how well they work. This journey helps teams and/or leaders understand their current culture, name what they want it to be, and make deliberate choices about how to get there. Culture does not change overnight but the first steps are easy to take.

Duration 16 weeks, with the opportunity to extend.
Group size 8–16
Delivery Online, onsite, or a combination of both. The delivery can meet your needs and possibilities.
Facilitation Facilitator-led workshops; team takes ownership of exercises and small experiments progressively
Self-led elements Team culture canvas, check-in rituals, and tandem partner work.

Group size 8–16
Delivery Online, onsite, or a combination of both. The delivery can meet your needs and possibilities.

  • Why feedback feels hard, and what gets in the way
  • Tools and frameworks that make feedback concrete and actionable

  • Building the habits and rituals that make feedback stick

Conflict: Naming what has been sitting unspoken

Conflict comes in different shapes. Sometimes it simmers under the surface: patterns, tensions, and unspoken dynamics that have built up over time. Sometimes it has already escalated and needs to be addressed now. Both deserve a different response. That is why this journey comes in two forms.

1. Conflict: Understanding and prevention

Different views, different needs: This journey gives teams and leaders the language, tools, and approaches to surface tension early, work through it constructively, and build the habits that prevent unnecessary escalation.

Duration 8–12 weeks (can be modular)
Group size 8–16
Delivery Online, onsite, or a combination of both. The delivery can meet your needs and possibilities.
Facilitation Facilitator-led throughout; some peer-led debrief rounds introduced mid-journey
Self-led elements Conflict mapping, perspective-taking exercises, and team agreements for navigating tension
Why work with me Certificates in Conflict Culture Facilitation (ex. restorative circles), in Brave Dialogue and in Integrative Emotion Coaching

What this journey covers:

  • Understanding conflict styles and what drives them
  • Background and general approaches to conflict resolution
  • Tools for surfacing tension before it becomes damage
  • Practicing difficult conversations in a safe container and in various rounds
  • Creating shared agreements for how the participants handle disagreement in their teams/surroundings

2. Conflict: Acute & escalated situations

When situations have escalated, it is best to create understanding and clarity as soon as possible so that the conflict experienced is resolved. This is an on-demand intervention, designed for situations that need focused attention. It is built entirely around what is happening right now.

Duration Smaller conversations upfront with the individuals; approx. half a day with the group; follow-up with the group
Group size Defined by the situation
Delivery Onsite. Online only if necessary.
Facilitation Fully facilitator-led throughout
Self-led elements To be defined depending on the outcome
Why work with me Certificates in Conflict Culture Facilitation (ex. restorative circles), in Brave Dialogue and in Integrative Emotion Coaching

What this journey covers:

  • Individual conversations with everyone impacted and involved
  • Facilitating the conversations that need to happen
  • Defining next steps and agreements to move forward
  • Follow-up on steps and agreements

Change: Leading people through it, not just announcing it

Change itself is quite often not the problem but the confusion, fatigue, and quiet resistance that come with it are. Different modules address different phases, and the work in between sessions is as important as the sessions themselves. This journey will include group as well as individual or small group sessions, and will see regular touchpoints with leadership.

Duration 16 weeks and beyond. This is a sustained journey, not a sprint.
Group size To be defined
Delivery Online, onsite, or a combination of both. The delivery can meet your needs and possibilities.
Facilitation Facilitator-led workshops; small group or individual sessions; leadership sparring; peer groups share real-time experiences and support each other throughout
Self-led elements Change reflection journals, stakeholder mapping, peer coaching pairs, and module-specific practice tasks
Why work with me Certificate in Change Facilitation (Theory U) as well as extensive experience in leading change projects from a communications standpoint. • Leading through uncertainty without pretending to have all the answers
  • Building resilience and momentum across the team

Leadership: The journey that starts with you

Good leadership is a journey, not a destination. It starts with leading yourself, grows through how you lead others, and finds its full expression in how you shape the organization around you. This journey is structured around three onsite modules with various additional online modules and tandem partner work woven in between to keep the learning alive and to allow to dive deeper. Basis of the journey is the Linc Personality Profiler which supports the self-awareness of leaders so that they understand their character traits, motives and competencies and are invited to challenge behavioral patterns.

Duration 12–16 weeks
Group size 8–16
Delivery 3 onsite modules (2 days each), plus several online modules in between. Individual coaching session to explore the richness of the LPP report.
Facilitation Facilitator-led for all workshops and online sessions; tandem partner meetings are self-facilitated

  • Leading others: one-on-ones, feedback, delegation, and trust
  • Leading the organization: shaping culture, guiding through change, and creating conditions for others to thrive

Dealer's Choice: Bring your own challenge

Not every challenge fits a named program. If you are navigating something specific such as cross-culture collaboration, upward feedback issues, remote leadership, a team that is stuck, a transition that is not going as planned etc. etc: let me know. I will design a journey around what you are actually dealing with.

How it works: Reach out with an e-mail, and we will align on day & time for a conversation to start with. We will talk through what is going on, what you have already tried, and what a meaningful outcome would look like. From there, I design a journey that fits.

Why work with me: I bring experience from both sides of organizational life: As employee and manager, I led teams through change and worked with C-level executives on communication, and complex organizational challenges. As founder of my own business, I am certified as facilitator and coach. Grounded in the 4C*R framework, I design the journey around the challenge you are actually facing.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
I am just one digital doorstep away.
