Are you enthusiastic about what you do?

When have you last felt a “positive energy”? What do you need to be enthusiastic?

Here are a few questions to think about:

  • What makes you enthusiastic? How can you initiate feeling enthusiastic?
  • What does positive energy mean to you?
  • How long does it last? How can you make it last longer?
  • What would be the opposite of feeling enthusiastic or feeling this positive energy?

I feel a positive energy when I am facilitating, when I am holding space and when I can create meaningful conversations for teams. This is what makes me enthusiastic, and I am deeply grateful for having found my “simplicity”.

How about you?

“When you are enthusiastic about what you do, you feel this positive energy. It’s very simple.”
